We are a family owned business, operating from our home, greenhouse, and storage facilities in Ohio. All of our potting media is specially mixed and packaged by us. Our goal is to provide you with high quality supplies and prompt service at a reasonable price. Shipping costs are always a major expense, so we package your order very efficiently, to preserve the safety and undamaged delivery of your order's contents.
If your order arrives damaged or is otherwise unsatisfactory, please call us immediately so we can assist you.
If you’d like to arrange for local pick up of your order, or purchase a large orchid plant, please call or e-mail us to make arrangements. Evenings and weekends are more convenient unless we are at an orchid show, so please check out our Events Calendar first. If we are scheduled in your town for a show, contact us in advance, and we will bring breakables (clay pots) or large items (2 cu ft. or more) for a delivery charge of 15% to cover the expense of driving a second vehicle.
